Returns
At Boutique West we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s) please give us a call to receive a return authorization #. No returns can be accepted with out an authorization # and proof of purchase (receipt). Please call 1-778-425-0092 for return information.
Our return policy is 14 days. Any requests for returns after 14 days past your shipment date will not be accepted.
Eligible returns must have all tags attached, be un-worn and un-washed and in the condition you received it. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on jewelry, accessories (hats, gloves and scarves) or intimate wear. Sale items are also final sale.
All returns are made at customer's expense. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Refunds-
Once we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and whether it has been approved. If it has been approved we will process your return to the original method of payment. You can except to see your return within 14 days once it is received as it may take sometime to be posted on your account.
Exchanges-
If you need to exchange for a new size please call for a return authorization for the original item and order the new item as needed.
